The 9th Annual Plenary Conference of the SMI was hosted by the Royal Irish Academy of Music, Dublin, on 24-26 June 2011.
The keynote speaker was Professor Roger Parker (King's College, University of London), whose lecture was entitled 'Should We Forget About (Musical) Form?’.
